4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed specifically for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain the property of Iresh Technologies.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and proprietary data. Our employees and contractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements to protect sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Iresh Technologies' liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Termination procedures and final payment obligations are detailed in specific contracts.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iresh Technologies is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with reasonable advance notice.
